Steve has one friend from his high school days that I have never met. I think my incessant googling has finally worn off on him as tonight he decided to type in his friend's name. Jani was a foreign exchange student from Finland; he and Steve were both extremely athletic and spent many days playing soccer (the world's sport) in the big barn on his Mom's property and skiing at Hidden Valley (which he said Jani was great at). Over the years I have heard humor
ous stories of Jani's innocent introduction to things during his time here ... like emergency brakes and the ensuing knowledge that comes from pulling one when a vehicle is at full speed. We both smiled and completely enjoyed seeing what had become of Jani. Go to the link below and you will probably only recognize a few words (on the lower left portion of the website) ... Talent Show! Click that link. Who would have guessed that there is a Finland's Got Talent ...
Tulishow akrobaatti esiintyjä Jani Hurmerinta
But this was my favorite, he could be in Cirque de Soliel. He's really quite talented. Check this out. Click the "watch video" button on this link.
